Made with chicken and pork mince, walnuts, mushrooms, herbs and wrapped in bacon; served with  homemade red wine jelly

Pan-fried river trout fillets with roasted almonds

Strips of eye fillet sauteed with tomatoes, mushrooms, capsicum and a mild paprika sauce
