Dip pieces of baguette bread into hot melted Swiss cheese, traditionally  prepared with garlic, white wine and kirsch

Thin slices of beef, pork and veal fillets, dipped in beef stock, served with a variety of delicious homemade sauces, mixed pickles and Swiss Rosti potatoes

p.p. $46.50 FONDUE PARTIES (minimum 2 persons, one day prior notice)

All three types: Cheese for Entree; Meat for Main; Chocolate for Dessert.
