COUNTRY TERRINE: made with chicken and pork mince, walnuts,
mushrooms and herbs,wrapped in bacon, served with
homemade red wine jelly
PRIME EYE FILLET STEAK: sautéed with tomatoes, mushrooms,
capsicum and a mild paprika sauce
CHICKEN FLORENTINE: roasted chicken breast filled with prawns and spinach,
served on garlic and herb butter
STRAWBERRY PARFAIT: strawberry ice-cream cake, the French classical way
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE: Swiss recipe, melts in your mouth
